  • Reconcile each invoice to billing records and inventory of vendor services.
  • Verify that billed services are used and needed within your enterprise.
  • Review for errors, tariff violations, and cost effectiveness.
  • Assess contract compliance to system or network design.
  • Assess value of vendor services relative to market prices.
  • Negotiate acceptable refunds or credits from vendors where applicable.
  • Document the financial benefit from audit/assessment services.
  • Submit written report on all findings/discovery and financial benefit.
